Position OverviewThe Onboarding Coordinator provides administrative and professional support to ensure the success of recruiting efforts, orientation and onboarding programs. This position regularly interfaces with candidates and new employees and therefore must represent the firm well in all interactions.Job DescriptionCore Responsibilities :

Manage the day to day responsibilities of Harris Williams’ onboarding program including, but not limited to:

Manage new-hire orientation and onboarding process for all in-coming employees.

Partners with various department subject matter experts to coordinate training schedules.

Process various applications, forms, and employment records, including I-9's, employee acknowledgements, offer letters, etc.

Assist with HR or Recruiting projects, events and research as required.

Provides administrative support to the department in the preparation of correspondence, reports, schedules, confidential materials.

Implements and maintains filing system, both paper and electronic.

Various other related duties as required

Job Specific Competencies, Education and Experience :

College degree (focus on HR Management or related field a plus)

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)

Organized, detail oriented, and diligent with the ability to meet deadlines and execute efficiently.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to work well in a team setting.

Self-driven but collaborative approach that builds interpersonal networks and is able to influence.

Curious mindset that proactively identifies areas for opportunity and directs resources towards continuous improvement.
