We are a team of Total Rewards leaders who enable game-changing business results by bringing a data-driven approach to compensation that is designed to unleash greatness in our associates.We are looking for a team member who can help us drive further automation, simplification, and optimization of our Compensation processes to ensure that we are operationally efficient and well-managed. Support the design and delivery of our Mid-year and Year-end compensation focal cycles

Simplify, automate, and improve processes inside and outside of Workday Advanced Compensation model

Build checks into datasets and processes to ensure high level of accuracy

Support the development of plans, educational materials, and communications designed to provide associates, managers, compensation consultants, and HR partners with timely and accurate information regarding the focal cycles

Investigate Workday business transaction issues and formulate recommendations regarding timing and process reason used

Partner with cross functional teams to deliver solutions to meet business needs

Review and approve job profile creation and edit requests

Perform regression testing in Workday during system enhancements

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or military experience

At least 2 years of experience with Excel and developing data-based stories in PowerPoint or Google Slides

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with Workday and/or Workday Advanced Compensation module

Process Engineering experience especially with continuous improvement, automation, and optimization

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or Human Resources

CCP - Certified Compensation Professional

2+ years of experience in Compensation, Finance, or Analytical role

3+ years of experience with Excel and developing data-based stories in PowerPoint or Google Slides

2+ years of experience in a client consulting role

Advanced Excel skill and/or Python programming experience

Experience building compensation models and conducting pay analysis

Knowledge of human resources and compensation including knowledge of relevant Federal, State, Local laws/regulations relating to compensation
