About the Opportunity

The End User Services (EUS) Department has an immediate opening for a Product Marketing & Analysis Manger, reporting into the Experience Team. This role plays an important part in delivering on the EUS mission of optimizing the productivity, communication, and collaboration of FRS employees (end users).

In this new role, you will build the product marketing and analysis practice in EUS. You will work closely with product teams and business partners to strengthen our internal customer and market intelligence and develop marketing strategies that get the right information to the right people and generate excitement for the work we are doing to transform how people work. You and your team will also collaborate closely with other functions within the Experience Team, such as User Experience (UX) and Communications.

What You Will Do:

  • Operate as a player/coach, leading a small team of Product Analysts and a Marketing Advisor
  • Build the product marketing and analysis practice, including templates, standards, and best practices
  • Leverage customer insights and market intelligence todrive the development of product positioning and messaging
  • Develop plans to assess the effectiveness of marketing programs
  • Support product teams with industry research and analysis of customer needs
  • Identify opportunities in data to accelerate product adoption


Expertise You Would Bring:
  • Bachelor's Degree with 7 to 10 years relevant work experience
  • 1+ years of People Leadership experience
  • Strong collaboration, influencing skills, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative mind with qualitative and quantitative skills
  • Initiative and innovation toward creating a great customer experience
  • Skilled use of MS Office Products and other design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Experience with collaboration tools like SharePoint, Teams or Confluence


It's added value if you have-
  • Familiarity with IT terminology and components (network, storage, Cloud, agile, etc.)
  • Experience marketing IT products and/or enterprise-wide solutions
  • Experience with agile product management
  • Passion for improving the employee experience
  • Experience with agile software tools such as Jira and Rally
