The Service Delivery Manager is the Professional Services point of contact for all customers within the Federal sales organization. The Service Delivery Manager will work with the Federal Account Managers, Sales Engineers and Fed Sales leadership to ensure successful customer deployment and high customer satisfaction.This individual is responsible for delivering projects using a shared resource pool with other Professional Services Managers and Service Delivery Managers. The ideal candidate has a demonstrated ability to ensure successful service delivery and drive customer success. The Professional Services Service Delivery Manager will manage to a set of critical KPIs used to evaluate their practice.Your day-to-day
Work closely with the Proofpoint Federal sales organization to ensure customer needs are met and customer satisfaction continues to rank high.
Manage business forecasting and capacity planning.
Present updates to executive team identifying risks, challenges, and proposed solutionsWhat you bring to the team
Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Define, implement, and maintain best practices.
Ability to develop clear action plans and drive processes and implement procedures.
Results-oriented with ability to prioritize multiple objectives
Experience leading individuals and projects within a matrix organization
