Be a knowledgeable, technical, and operation-critical onsite engineer
Develop and deploy enterprise-level web and desktop applications using ArcObjects, C#, and the .Net framework
Design and develop enterprise-level software solutions on the ESRI GIS platform and ArcFM Solution
Utilize VB, Python, SQL, HTML, XML, JavaScript, Jenkins CI, Azure DevOps, Jira, IIS 7+, Bitbucket and GitFlow, and Windows installer XML
Develop and maintain beneficial client relationships
Solve internal and external technical issues across database configuration, software defects, and solution education
Skills & Experience:
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field with computer emphasis or technical certifications in combination with experience; advanced degree preferred
At least 4 years of experience developing end-user applications and interfaces in a .NET, C# development environment
At least 4 years of experience developing end-user applications and interfaces with an object-oriented programming language
At least 4 years of experience with commercial RDBMS such as Oracle and SQL Server
Experience developing integrations, customizations, and extensions for the ESRI ArcGIS and ArcFM technology stack
Experience with Continuous Integration and/or Jenkins
Experience with Windows-based software development tools, such as Visual Studio
Experience with Windows Installer XML (WiX)
Experience in Customer IT or Customer Support services
Experience in a customer-facing software engineering role with responsibility for tasks in a full software development life cycle from design to end-user support
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Experience with the Azure/Azure DevOps technology stack a plus
