Essential Responsibilities:




  • Provide help desk phone and email support for the company's client applications supporting health information exchange.

  • Monitor production support inbox and ticketing system to troubleshoot and resolve client questions and issues in a timely manner.

  • Maintain access to the client system trough user management tools and system configurations.

  • Work internally with the development and testing teams to track resolution on identified issues.

  • Work with clients and their vendors to ensure that the delivered product meets their needs.

  • Research technical problems by analyzing transactional logs and database tables to determine root cause.

  • Participate timely in on-call support rotation duties in support of a 24x7x365 application environment.




Qualifications/Requirements:


  • 3-5 years of experience with operations support processes and issue tracking systems in support of high availability systems

  • Technical experience in software platforms such as Windows and Linux.

  • Technical experience with databases and SQL query tools

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with customer and systems support using strong interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours to support clients and application upgrades.


Strong problem-solving skills, unquestioned integrity, as well as team-work and collaboration.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
