Understaning of processes related to the Workday Payroll deployment.
Understand the scope and details of the project plan and able to identify and communicate the need for tasks or assigned areas of responsibility.
Manages multiple projects using exceptional organizational and time management techniques to successfully complete tasks in a timely manner.
Manages Workday Payroll implementations through the various lifecycle stages, from delivery through testing.
Monitors progress of tasks against the plan, and reports status to leadership on project issues.
Suggests improvements and proactively addresses issues. Answers all inquiries in a timely basis.
Work on low to medium complexity Payroll functionality tickets.
Having a decent understanding of payroll features from the USA and Canada.
Experienced in developing Custom Reports, Advanced Reports, composite Reports, Matrix Reports and Calculated fields and Creating Dashboards and setting up the worklets in workday
Skilled in both technical and functional design, coding, unit testing, and user acceptance testing to support multiple deliverables Open to working on flexible opportunities from across workstreams.
Extensively involved in trouble shooting and fixing problems at development, system testing and post-production stages for various HRMS modules.
Experience in End Users on Job Requisition System, Benefits and Payroll and Configured Payroll integrations using PICOF and PECI with workday studio
