Catering manager:
We need a strong candidate with a background in and knowledge of catering to head up our highly successful catering division. Attention to detail is of utmost importance. We have a great number of current contracts and repeat customers, but we also expect that you will begin marketing in order to obtain new contracts and grow the business. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Staffing on site events
- Working closely with restaurants to ensure staffing for preparation
- Ensuring the cleanliness of the teams when they return to the restaurant and unload equipment.
- Asking appropriate questions to ensure correct pricing on all events
Restaurant managers:
We are looking for strong and dependable individuals with a PASSION for food and fun! Our expectations:
- Consistent leadership
- Ability to train and coach in an uplifting and fun manner
- Flexibility with scheduling
- 3 years of experience (independent preferred, but will consider the right candidate from corporate
