We are currently accepting applications for experienced Servers at all locations. Locations include Sunday Park in Midlothian, Rocketts Landing in the downtown Richmond, City Point in Hopewell, and Short Pump Town Center in Richmond.
Beer, Wine, and Sunsets Welcome to HOUSEpitality Family restaurants. The Bartender position requires a high level of professionalism at all times. We are calling for an attentive, energetic, self sufficient, enthusiastic individual that enjoys working in a team environment while practicing the highest level of guest service. Bartenders are committed to our mission of helping our guests Celebrate Life One Bite At a Time. Being personable, outgoing, and authentic to connect with our guests is a must! Bartenders also assist in remedial tasks such as opening and closing prep work. Knowledge of menus and attention to detail prove beneficial for employment. We offer 3 weeks of classroom and hands on training as well as ongoing training and development within the Bartender position. Bartenders must pass through the Server position to continue onto the role of Bartender. Bartenders earn state minimum wage for tipped employees and receive gratuities for excellent service.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have prior serving experience
Must be 21
First two weeks of open availability for training
Must be willing to work weekends
Excellent oral communication and listening skills
Ability to follow directions
Excellent guest service skills
Ability to work quickly but calmly always focusing on guests' needs
