We are looking for an extremely reliable Guest Services Agent to perform in a pleasant, professional and efficient manner. The job is to create an overall positive five-star, five-diamond experience by ensuring 100% guest satisfaction. Employee will have a combination of duties mainly related, but not limited to, assisting guests at the time of check in and departure, making reservations and shift reports. The Guest Service Agent will be consistently attentive, courteous and efficient in dealings with guests, managers and employees. Candidate will have experience in hotel front desk duties or similar position for at least 2 years (we will train the right person with the right attitude). Associates degree or Bachelor's degree preferred. Must have computer skills, excellent communication skills, customer service skills and be able to work independently. Must be flexible days, nights, weekends and holidays.
