Restaurant Host!
Lakewood is Richmond's premier upscale continuing care retirement community located in the Far West End and we are looking for a host - hostess for our restaurant! We will soon be the market leader in senior living! We are expanding our services, building a new state of the art clubhouse and restaurants, health and wellness center with swimming pool, new apartments, and hybrid-homes. We are seeking professional and hospitality-minded individuals to work in our restaurant. Don't miss out on the opportunity to join the best team at the best senior community in Richmond!
The successful candidate must be outgoing, personable, courteous and professional. Smiling and a pleasant demeanor while multi-tasking is a must. He/she will be responsible for managing reservations and seating charts, answering the telephone, entering takeout orders, seating guests, managing menus, and complete light set up duties. We are open 7 days a week and shifts are 11am - 730pm. Weekends are required. Experience is a plus, but not required.
We have one full-time position available. Good pay and excellent benefits. Benefits for full time employees are:
$500 sign on/retention bonus available now for all full time dining employees! $250 for part time.
