Lakewood is Richmond's premier upscale continuing care retirement community located in the Far West End. We are expanding our services and building a new state of the art clubhouse with new restaurants, a health and wellness center with swimming pool, new apartments, and hybrid-homes. The successful candidates must be outgoing, courteous, and pleasant. Experience is not required, but is a plus. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, comfortable with computers, and have some waiter or waitress experience. Our servers are responsible to take tableside food orders, enter orders in the point-of-sale system and deliver the orders with a smile in a fast paced environment. Positions have a starting pay of up to $10/hour with a potential for an additional $2/hour from our server incentive program. Candidate must be available to start the workday by 4:30pm and commit to a minimum of 3 - 4 hour shifts per week and one must be on the weekend. More shifts are available if desired. Most nights you are finished by 8:30pm.
We have two part-time positions available to fill immediately. Good pay and excellent benefits.
