Welcome to HOUSEpitality Family restaurants. The Support Crew is the team that keeps everything moving. The Support position requires a high level of professionalism at all times. We are calling for an attentive, energetic, self sufficient, enthusiastic individual that enjoys working in a team environment while practicing the highest level of guest service. Support Crew are committed to our mission of helping our guests Celebrate Life One Bite At a Time. Support is responsible for food runner and buser duties. We offer two weeks of classroom and hands on training. Support earns an hourly wage of 3.50 and receives a percentage of food and of beverage sales from the service crews.
REQUIREMENTS:
First two weeks of open availability for training
Must be willing to work weekends
Excellent oral communication and listening skills
Ability to follow directions
Excellent guest service skills
Ability to work quickly but calmly always focusing on guests' needs
