Under the direction of the Valet Manager, the position is responsible for greeting all arriving and departing guests in a five diamond and courteous tone and manner. Supervises all Door and Valet staff on a shift. Ensures the driveway is controlled and is manageable at all times. Ensures the driveway is clear and directs emergency vehicles during crisis situations. Parks and retrieves guest’s cars as required. Ensures all staff handle daily cash transactions accurately. Is able to deal with guests in a friendly and professional five diamond manner and handle stressful situations professionally.
