Our agency provides supportive in-home services to clients in their homes, mental health skill-building and intensive in-home services. We are currently seeking qualified direct support professionals (DSP) and Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHP-A and QMHP-C) to provide quality services with individuals in their homes and community.
DSP Minimum Qualifications:
HS Diploma at minimum, 6 months or 100 hours of experience caring for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, 90 hours class or documented education, current driver's license, current auto insurance, driving record and a current PPD test. Applicants must also be willing to submit to a background check. We will provide CPR training, human rights training and TOVA training.
QMHP Minimum Qualifications:
QMHP's must hold an active registration with the Virginia Board of Counseling to be deemed a Qualified Mental Health Professional. Applicants must have training and experience in providing psychiatric or mental health services to individuals who have a psychiatric or mental health diagnosis. Masters degree or bachelors degree in human services or related field with at least one year of clinical experience working with adults or children is required. Applicants must submit a current driver's license, current auto insurance, driving record and a current PPD test. Applicants must also be willing to submit to a background check. We will provide CPR training, human rights training and TOVA training.
Part time and Full time positions are available. Flexible and set schedules are available. Employees are paid through direct deposit.
