We are seeking a Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHP-C) to provide Intensive In-Home (IIH) services and Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHP-A) to provide Adult Mental Health Skill Building Services (MHSB) to clients in the Greater Richmond Area. We have both part time and full time positions available. We offer health, life insurance and 401-k benefits.
Qualifications and Skills
QMHP-A/C Designation by VA Board of Counseling.
Bachelor's Degree in a Human Service related field.
At least 1 year experience working with adults/or at risk youth to address mental health issues.
Must have own reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong leadership qualities
Responsibilities and Duties (QMHP-C)
Establish open lines of communication with clients and families
Provide intensive counseling and case management services to at risk youth and their families
Provide client and family with resources in the community
Provide individualized interventions to address treatment goals
Develop, implement, and review treatment plans
Collaborate with additional treatment providers and agencies
Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner
Responsibilities and Duties (QMHP-A)
Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues
Offer assistance to individuals with substance abuse issues
Provide prevention-oriented therapy
Implement and review treatment plans
Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies
Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner
We have open interviews on Fridays from 10am -1pm.
