LPN Pay Rate: $30 - $32 per hour
RN Pay Rate: $40 - $42
Start Date: Immediate
LPN Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
Administering nursing care in a long-term care environment under the supervision of a registered nurse or other medical supervisor
Providing basic medical care, including changing bandages, administering medication, obtaining vitals and collecting specimens
Monitoring and reporting changes in patient's condition to supervisor
RN Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
Provides professional nursing care to assigned patients in a long-term care facility.
Record patient histories, performs various diagnostic tests, administers medications, and develops patient long-term care plans in conjunction with other medical professionals.
Assist physicians during examinations and procedures, operating and monitoring medical equipment as necessary.
Observe patients' progress and record observations in patient medical records.
Promote patients' independence by teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills.
Report to a manager or head of a unit/department
LPN Nursing Qualifications:
Degree in Nursing
Current LPN License in the State of Virginia
CPR and First Aid Certification
Willingness to work evenings and weekends
Exceptional staff training and customer service skill
RN Nursing Qualifications:
Degree in Nursing
Current RN License in the State of Virginia
CPR and First Aid Certification
Willingness to work evenings and weekends
Exceptional staff training and customer service skill
Preferred Experience:
Minimum of 1 Year of Clinical Experience
Minimum of 1 Year of Long Term Care Experience
2 years of Administrative Experience
