Regional Director of Operations - Richmond, VA
Pure Dental Brands has an exciting opportunity in the Richmond, VA area for a team oriented manager that is able to drive performance, lead a team, direct and plan activities to achieve top line revenue and earning goals, perform advanced managerial tasks, act with fairness and integrity and uphold the company's goals and values.
The ideal candidate will have role responsibilities in the areas of Leadership, Management, Staffing and Team Training and Coaching/Mentoring and will be successful at:
managing office budgets,
improving office performance,
keeping unwanted turnover to a minimum,
building professional relationships,
creating a climate where everyone wants to do their best,
presenting effective and helpful feedback to team members, and
coming up with innovative solutions to practice challenges.
The position will require daily travel to offices in the region of Virginia. Offices are located in Richmond, Christiansburg, Chesapeake, Roanoke, Nellysford, and Charlottesville.
Candidates applying for the Regional Director of Operations position should possess the following skills and experience:
Bachelors degree in Healthcare Management or a related field
Dental experience is preferred
Will consider Vision, Physical Therapy, Medical, and Veterinarian industry experience
Multi-site healthcare management experience
Advanced computer skills in MS Office including Excel and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize and effectively manage time and deadlines
Responsible, professional, reliable and team oriented
Ability to continuously travel throughout the region with quarterly travel to the corporate office in Florida. There will be some overnight stays.
