Part-time to Full Time – Experienced laborer working at the cemetery setting up funeral services ASAP
We are currently seeking a Laborer Worker in the Richmond and surrounding counties including Charles City and Emporia to work with a small but well established family company.
Job Responsibilities: Helping with funeral services (assisting with digging graves, setting up funeral tents and chairs, assistance with covering graves). Training available for backhoe equipment.
Requirements: Working throughout the summer Monday-Friday and some Saturday’s are mandatory!
Ability to work independently and must be able to perform all duties in a safe and professional manager.
Ability to lift-up to 75 lbs. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (hot/cold).
Qualifications: 1. Strength and endurance to perform the work required. 2. High School diploma or GED. 3. Must know be reliable, dependable and works safely. 4. Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
The job will operate on a 25-40 hour/week and may require overtime and/or weekends as necessary to accommodate the business needs of our customers in this specialized industry.
