Working residential grading crew leader wanted for local excavation company. Must be willing to work and run equipment. This is NOT a supervisory-only position. Must be able to run a crew and finish jobs in a timely and safe manner. Valid driver's license with no suspensions or restrictions required.
Schedule is Monday through Saturdays (Saturdays scheduled as necessary). Start time is 6:15am sharp. Overtime is paid after 40 hours.
Duties include but are not limited to (performed in a safe manner):
clearings
digging basements
backfills
rough grade
fine grade
silt fence
temp driveways
MUST be experienced in all these areas, and be able to run multiple pieces of equipment. MUST have valid driver's license with no restrictions or suspensions.
Drug test and background check will be required upon hire, and are performed randomly during employment.
