What You’ll Do:
- Support climbers and crew by managing ropes and lowering limbs safely
- Drag brush and feed limbs into the chipper
- Cut logs and brush with a chainsaw
- Maintain a clean, safe job site (cleaning up wood, tools, and debris)
- Assist in loading tools, setting up traffic cones, and preparing the work zone
- Help maintain and inspect equipment as needed

What We’re Looking For:
- Must have a valid driver's license with good driving record
- Must be dependable and show up on time consistently
- Must consistently wear personal protective equipment and follow strict safety protocols
- Able to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in all weather
- Comfortable working around chainsaws, woodchippers, and heavy machinery
- Ability to follow directions and work well as part of a team
- Good communication and a safety-first mindset
Preferred Qualifications (but not required):
- CDL
- Experience driving trucks and trailers
- Previous experience in tree work, landscaping, or construction
- Familiarity with chainsaws, ropes, or chipper equipment
- CDL, pesticide license, or line clearance experience are bonuses
