Well established Richmond based landscape maintenance company looking to add another experienced, detail oriented Crewleaders + Crewmen that is hard working and dependable to our company.
Primary job duties for Crewleader include completing daily work assignments, supervising others and performing all aspects of landscape maintenance. Must have valid drivers license and a good driving record.
Primary duties for Crewman are being able to follow direction, know how to operate mowing equipment and having and eye for detail. Drivers license may be required.
Compensation based on experience, $12 - $20 starting wage. Bi-weekly paycheck and W-2 issued at end of year. Good benefits; paid vacation, paid holidays, profit sharing.
