Our company is looking for a Maintenance Technician with experience in HVAC and electrical and plumbing in the Chester Area. Our Maintenance Tech will be accountable for troubleshooting systems, finishing preventative maintenance, satisfying service requests, and inspecting vacant units affirming turnovers are complete. Partakes in on-call emergency rotation and responds to emergencies as needed. Must have a valid Driver’s License and a High School diploma or 2 years maintenance knowledge.
