Elite Contracting Group is looking for an Office Cleaning SpecialistÂto join one of the fastest-growing full-service security and resiliency solution integration companies in Virginia. The ideal candidate is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of our new corporate headquarters building. Work is performed in interior office environments and will useÂa variety of cleaning equipment, materials, and products, such as vacuums, mops, dusting cloths, cleaning solutions, etc.
Primary Duties:
Cleaning entranceway, restrooms, office spaces, break room, and lobby area
Depending on assignment may do any or all of the following on a daily, weekly or periodic basis:
Cleans (vacuums, dust, mops, etc.) assigned areas to customer and Company standards
Empties trashcans, replace liners and wipes trashcans as required
Cleans and sanitizes phones, vacuums carpets, and sweeps and mops tile floors
Dust office furniture, blinds, window sills, plants, air vents, and light fixtures, etc.
Spot cleans interior glass and doors
Wipes walls, doors, door frames, and other vertical surfaces free of smudges and fingerprints
Cleans and polishes chrome and stainless steel fixtures, sinks, faucets, kick plates, switch plates, etc.
Restocks breakroom with supplies; sugar, coffee, creamer, cups, etc.
Restocks office supplies
Light office work as needed.
Required Skills
Must be able to pass a Criminal Background and Drug ScreenÂ
Capable of lifting up to 25Âpounds solo or more in a team lift
Office Cleaning Skills
This is a fulltime position but must be able to work flexible hour
