Our client is looking for a reliable assistant for their small motor repair company. Job duties include steam cleaning or sand blasting motor parts as part of repair process, then spray welding and spray painting motor parts as needed. Occasional need to drive automatic company truck to customer to pick up or deliver motor or parts. Good driving record required.
This client is small, family-owned and run; many employees have been there over 30 years. They are hoping to find the right person to join their team and become a part of their family. Many opportunities to grow within this company. Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and reliability are as important as ability to work with small hand tools. Client will teach all processes but prior experience painting industrial parts and with spray welding is a HUGE plus.
M - F 8 to 4:30. Located near Richmond International Airport.
