General Services Corporation (GSC) is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Special Projects Supervisor. You will be responsible for the overall hands-on supervision and administration of the Special Projects team. Responsibilities will include overseeing projects large and small while providing prompt customer service to residents. Enforcing adherence to environmental and OSHA regulation policies and procedures. You will also delegate work orders, assist teams as needed and work directly with contractors.
To be a top candidate you must have at least five years experience in residential or commercial maintenance in a supervisory role. You must have vast knowledge in electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, interior/exterior maintenance and carpentry. Knowledge in HVAC with EPA and CFC certifications are also preferred. Valid driver's license, along with a passing criminal background check and pre-employment drug testing are required.
