Now hiring for the position of Community Manager for our Co-working space (College Student or recent Graduate)

The Community Manager runs the co-working space. You wear a lot of hats.

Hostess: You make sure every member feels cared for and connected to you and the other members of the space. This includes making sure they have clean/organized work space to hosting member events to knowing what each member does for work and for fun and making connections among the members. You make coffee, you make sure there's always an abundance of coffee mugs. You listen for ways to delight members. They mention how great it would be to have tongs for the grill in our atrium. You order them. You are charming but tactful and firm when you need to be.

Business Development: You help market the space through social media (twitter, facebook, newsletters) and occasionally attending networking events. You give amazing tours and follow our sales process to get the right people into the space and keep it at capacity. You get members signed up in our system, on all the right email lists and connected to the Internet and printer. And you make sure they know and follow the house rules!

Connector: You connect members to each other and you connect members to resources that they need to be successful in their business.

The Concierge: You tell people where to go for lunch, for the best afternoon walk and the best car wash.

Brand Ambassador: You believe in our mission to WorkWell„ and enthusiastically help us to roll out related partnerships and opportunities for our members to work healthier and happier.

Qualifications:

Must love people talking with them, listening, connecting them.

Technology savvy not afraid to help someone get set up on the printer.

Can post to Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and can learn the basics of Constant Contact and Wordpress.

We are a Mac friendly facility and some of our members are Mac users, so best if you are one too.

Have an interest in hosting events planning and executing them.

Great communicator -members not only feel comfortable talking but WANT to chat with you each day.

Plugged into the local community know what Meetups to hit and which ones we want to host.

This is a 25 hour/week job plus opportunity for some extra hours when we host events and on Saturdays.

Job Type: Part-time

Stipend: $1,500/month for college student or recent graduate
