NC4 has a current opening for a paid, part time internship in our Richmond, VA office. The NC4 Risk Center Intern will be responsible for helping to establish a new initiative with an exciting and growing technology company looking to do some good in this world. NC4s mission is to provide critical incident information to the Whos Who of the largest global companies and government agencies in the world. This information greatly enhances an organizations ability to respond to and mitigate the potentially dangerous and harmful effects to their people and operations. As part of this internship, you will gain valuable exposure to this important industry and be part of something bigger.
Responsibilities of the Risk Center Intern will be to research the global office locations within an assigned group of organizations that would benefit from having our information at their fingertips. You will input the location information into an Excel spreadsheet and be trained to upload the spreadsheet into our proprietary and industry leading cloud-based platform, NC4 Risk Center. You will also create risk profiles for each organization within the Risk Center platform.
Schedule will entail approximately 25 hours a week with flexible hours. Immediate start date preferred.
Performance Expectations and Accountabilities
Internet research on Fortune 1000 companies
Data collection on office locations and addresses
Management of data in an XLS spreadsheet
Configuration within NC4 cloud-based platform to capture relevant information through the creation of risk profiles.
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies
Reliable and Punctual
High School education required, and some college preferred
Must be 18 years or older
Previous data entry experience desirable
Experience with Microsoft Office
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Team-oriented
Ability to manage multiple tasks
