This permanent position requires approximately 20-30 hours per week, 4-5 days per week @ 10:00 a.m.- 3:00 p.m. OR @1:00 p.m. - 5:00 pm (there is some flexibility in establishing work hours). Hours can increase as staffing increases. This position does allow growth to higher levels of responsibility and pay based on job performance and skill acquisition.

This position is well suited for someone who wants to grow with our company and become part of our "family."

You will be the first line of contact with clients therefore must have excellent customer relation skills. Our ideal candidate will be punctual, dependable, well-organized, a willing learner, be computer literate, have excellent written and oral communication skills, be thorough in task performance and able to complete tasks independently. Familiarity with Social Media is essential. A valid driver's license and H.S diploma are required. Prior office administration or business operations experience and some college are a plus.

Responsibilities of this role include general office administration duties such as opening and closing the office, tidying the reception area, office cleaning duties, answering and returning phone calls, scheduling appointments, pulling/filing client records, entering client information into online database, updating company documents in MS Word, Excel and QuickBooks, monitoring company website, email, Facebook and Instagram accounts, handling customer mailings, generating customer emails, updating internal log books, assisting team members with online scheduling, readying treatment rooms and folding sheets.

Duties include:

- Checking clients in/out and processing payments

- Light office cleaning weekly

- Updating company procedures, forms, simple documents in MS Word as needed

- Maintaining client databases and generating simple reports as needed

- Handling monthly mailings

- Assisting team members with online scheduling, generating and filing reports

- Using QuickBooks accounting system (or be able to learn quickly) to enter client information

This position is ideal for a Midlothian, Bon Air, N. Chesterfield, Chesterfield or Moseley resident such as a mom with middle or high school kids looking to return to the work force. This is a permanent part-time position so is NOT intended for a college student looking for short term employment.

Our tranquil, orderly office has well established procedures that are documented and easy to follow. The ideal candidate will continue the smooth operation of our office/clinic based on these practices. Computer literacy is a must. Familiarity with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2010 are essential. Complete training will be provided on all procedures and tools.
