We are a private real estate investment and management company specializing in the management of office/retail and multi-family apartment communities in Richmond and surrounding area.
We seek an organized, highly professional and motivated individual with Tax Credit (Section 42) Property Management experience. Are you someone with the following skills and abilities?
Housing Credit Certified Professional HCCP Designation, Realpage OneSite or Software experience, MS Office Suite, good communication and customer service skills on the phone and in person.
Ability to establish effective relationships with residents and co-workers. Dependable with follow-up and able to work in a fast paced environment. Previous affordable Property Management experience preferred. We are seeking an individual who is able to apply Fair Housing and Landlord-Tenant laws in day-to-day operations.
