Hello. We own a portfolio of quality rental properties across Richmond area. We manage the properties in house. We only manage properties that we own. We don't manage any body else's property.
I am looking for an experienced property manager to come in and take over the property management side of this business. The role includes handling and managing day to day process and communication with the tenants.
You will be working from home and will travel to properties on need basis.
