Duration: through December 2021- could extend

Primary Function: build documentation for that work flow and be the behind the scenes. Gather information from meetings and spit it back in a spreadsheet/visualization.

Responsibilities:

• Provides business support for processes, systems, and/or risk and control environments that may include duties such as root cause analysis, mapping of current processes or systems, iterative problem definition and hypothesized improvement opportunities. May involve engineering new processes or re-engineering of existing processes and/or technical writing. Includes facilitation of organizational change and performance measures.

Qualifications:

• Service experience 1-3 years in financial services environment.
• Quantitative & Analytical Skills: Basic
• Demonstrated analytical experience
• Exposure to methodologies like Agile
• Provides clear concise communication with project team members
• Strong vertical and horizontal communication skills
• Lean Six Sigma green belt or working toward green belt preferred
