Apartment Maintenance Technician needed
Position requires high school diploma (or equivalent) or greater training, driver's license with good driving record and reliable transportation. HVAC service experience of at least 3 years is preferred. Must be knowledgeable in all trades: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting/drywall. Candidate must have minimum of 4 years of apartment maintenance or similar related experience, and be able to push, lift and carry up to 50 lbs. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 to 4PM, with on-call rotation. Must be able to climb extension ladders and use step ladders independently. Responsibilities include some or all of the following:
HVAC service preferred
Plumbing repair.
Electrical repair: replace outlets, switches, trace circuits, minor electrical repairs.
Appliance repair
Paint/Drywall patch
