We are currently seeking a Civil Carpenter Foreman for a long-term Industrial project in the Hopewell, VA area
All qualified candidates must possess the following skills/experience:
Ability to thoroughly read, understand and work from blueprints
Solid experience in supervising carpentry crews up to 15 men in and Industrial setting laying out work and ensuring daily productivity
Ability to use surveying equipment to layout building lines, etc.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
Capacity to plan out all needed materials, equipment and tools needed on jobsite before starting the project.
Must be able to work with Project Manager and other stakeholders to ensure project accuracy and completion
Must be able to pass a thorough background check and drug test
