Family-Owned Excavating Company Looking to Hire a Skilled Heavy Equipment Operator
⢠Must be able to operate heavy equipment such as Mini Excavator, Skid Loader, Crawler Loader and Large Excavator
⢠Must be experienced in digging basement foundations and place on grade using a laser level, site preps such as backfilling and grading lots, installing driveways and culvert pipes.
⢠Must be self - motivated
⢠Must demonstrate the ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions
⢠Must demonstrate the ability to work and communicate well with Supervisors and other employees in a positive manner
⢠Must demonstrate the ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions
⢠Must have a valid driver's license required to drive company vehicle
⢠Must demonstrate good attendance and punctuality
⢠Must be willing to work in all weather conditions
⢠Must be willing to work Monday - Friday, some weekends, if needed
⢠Competitive wages, Pay based on experience
⢠Overtime paid for hours worked over 40 hours each week
