We are currently looking for experienced Hvac service technicians. Must pass drug screenings. Must have at least two years experience with service. We are a three-man heat and air-conditioning company, expanding at the Hipes. We definitely have a family first attitude. Willing to be self-sufficient and not need a lot of handholding. Willing to go above and beyond for every customer and be respectful. Must have a can-do attitude and be reliable. We definitely believe that attitude is everything. Must be properly groomed and great customer service skills. We have paid holidays and a company iPhone. Paid vacation in the first year. Pay is based on skills and given raises when earned. On top of your base hourly pay, we have awesome commissions. Average service technician average is around $200 to $500 extra a month or more on spiffs. Not a lot of on call weekends. If you did have to run a call, it would be very minimal on a weekend. We try to keep our techs under 45 hours a week all year around. Start time is around 7:45 AM.
