REQUIREMENTS:
MUST have Experience in COMMERCIAL & MULTI-FAMILY LANDSCAPE MANAGEMENT.
Valid Drivers License and Clean Driving Record required.
Must be able to pass a Drug Screen
Use assigned tools and equipment in proper/safe manner.
Must be able to work outside for numerous hours in various types of weather.
Reliable transportation to the branch.
Will be responsible for maintaining the landscape of multiple commercial, HOAs, hotels, industrial, etc. and follow the requirements set forth by each property.
JOB SKILLS:
Use various peices of landscape equipment in a safe manner.
Perform regular safety inspections on vehicle and trailer.
Communicate with field operations manager regarding progress of tasks.
Able to meet company production rates and standards.
