Full-time Maintenance Tech needed. We are looking for a self-motivated and reliable team player with a positive attitude. Must be able to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner.
Guaranteed 40 hours per week!
Must be skilled in all areas of apartment maintenance including but not limited to:
ª A/C (both R-22 and 410A) and heating systems
ª Electrical
ª Plumbing
ª Appliance repair and installation
ª Interior and exterior lighting
ª Patch and repair sheetrock
ª Assist with keeping grounds and dumpster areas neat and free of trash
ª Pool experience is also preferred
Qualifications:
ª Must have 2+ years of experience in apartment maintenance or general maintenance experience.
ª Must have CFC certifications (at least types I & II).
ª Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
ª Must have own tools.
Hours are Monday through Friday with a rotating on-call schedule.
