I am looking for one or two part-time and full-time individuals to Pressure Wash Homes, Businesses, Decks, Fences and Driveways in and around the city of Richmond, VA. I also need a part and full-time Painter who can work on their own schedule. It would be great if I could find a person who can do each of these trades.
THIS INDIVIDUAL MUST HAVE his or her OWN TRUCK OR VAN. It should be a professional looking vehicle with no other company advertising. This individual must be able to act as an ambassador for my company and maintain a professional way with my clients. You will work as a contractor for me, but you will represent my company. You will be paid a lucrative amount, a percentage of each sale, or I will pay you an hourly salary between $15 and $35 per hour. You will be encouraged to sell work on your own and command a larger commission for your sales efforts.
I will provide equipment and train you how to wash professionally. Higher pay scale if you have your own equipment.
I have worked in this field for 30 years and many of my clients have been with my company for that amount of time. I do not want rogue individuals selling themselves to my clients on the side. I do not want a person working for me, using my equipment and doing work on the side for their benefit. I am willing to pay promptly, give you as much work as you can handle, I only ask for mutual respect and consideration and you will be treated equally.
This job allows you to schedule your own appointments and manage your own list of jobs. Many who work for me find this appealing in that they are able to balance a busy family life or a second job. You can have as much work as you can possibly handle. I have a very long client list that will keep you busy between now and Christmas. I close my business in January and February and begin again in the month of March.
Pay will be based on experience. Or, if you are able to grasp planning your own schedule and getting work done in a professional manner, I am willing to pay you based upon what you are capable of. This is a great job for most anyone with a motivation to make a lot of money in a short period of time. It truly is a perfect job for an individual who is capable of communicating with clients and getting work done with little oversight from myself.
Must have the ability to apply easy to use water sealants for Wood Decks and Aggregate Driveways.
