SUMMARY
Verigent's client is seeking a Security Technician to install, test, terminate and maintain low-voltage security equipment in commercial environments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
⢠Follow safety procedures and practice job etiquette
⢠Take instructions from lead technician
⢠Installs, test, maintain, and upgrade security systems, access control devices, and CCTV systems
⢠Read building, electrical, and other blueprints as required
⢠Follows proper schematic wiring diagrams and hook-up procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
⢠Must have a working knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Intercoms, Intrusion detection and Network Infrastructure
⢠Experience evaluating, designing and implementing electronic security technologies
⢠Proven experience in low voltage and access control hardware
⢠Telecom hand tools and personal protection equipment required
⢠Must have reliable transportation
