Explore how joining a regional leader can enhance your ability to learn, grow, and succeed.Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information systems, health care systems or equivalent work experience.Experience: Minimum six years’ experience in working with enterprise data sources and BI tools in a financial or healthcare environment.Dimensional databases, cubes and columnar data structures experience preferred.Licensure, certification, and/or registration:Valid Virginia drivers' license and dependable transportation.A minimum of two of the following certifications are required:Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP)Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP)Data Governance and Stewardship Professional (DGSP)PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACPHIMSS – Certified Associate (CAHIMS)HIMSS – Certified Professional (CPHIMS)Other Minimum Qualifications: Good organizational skills, analytical, dependable, detail oriented, interpersonal skills, and understanding of the English language (both written and oral). Must have thorough understanding of the 7-layer OSI model. Data profiling and data quality analysis experience preferred. Experience translating business needs into data architecture specifications. Experience supporting application users. Experience with Business Objects, Oracle. or Cognos tools a plus. Familiarity with IBM InfoSphere and IBM data models a plus.
