Retail Merchandising Team Lead, ROANOKE, VAShare the job:Created 09/21/2019State VACity ROANOKEReference 01214Category Retail Merchandising Team LeadCountry USSet and Service Resources is now hiring for a Retail Merchandiser Team Lead to join our team!As a Retail Merchandiser Team Lead, you will be leading a team of retail merchandisers to ensure they are doing the best possible job on the assigned merchandising project at your client's job site. You will make sure that the project is meeting goals and objectives. Most importantly, you will be holding the team accountable for working hard, doing a great job and working safely in this fast-paced environment. Merchandising activity will vary by retail environment but could include planogram execution, department resets and fixture installation. Whether in a grocery store or big box retailer, your team's goal will be to make sure the store looks great.This position is a critical part of SASR's field merchandising team. You must be able to work a variable schedule up to 45 hours per week, including nights, weekends and holidays as required. Travel is required 75-100% of the time as work may occur anywhere across the country. Hotels and travel incentive will be provided when working away from your home location. Dependable attendance and punctuality are required.Competencies

Required Education and Experience
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required. Must be 18 years of age.
Minimum 1 year of retail experience preferred.

Demonstrated visual merchandising skills required.
Exhibit good leadership skills by promoting inclusive team environment
