Bread Craft currently has a position open for sandwich/salad prep person. Responsibilities include: Prep from scratch salad and sandwhich components (vinaigrette's, vegetable prep, roasting meat), Maintain clean working environment, read recipes, Set up and maintain a fully stocked station, show up on time and ready to work,wash dishes. Must be quality oriented and have a sense of urgency and strong work ethic. Approximately 30-40 hours a week.
