Looking for a skilled care for an 11 year old male, cerebral palsy, seizure disorder, and developmental delay. Must be a licensed LPN/RN. He also has a tracheostomy and a g/j tube. Looking to fill 17 hours a day and 7 days a week. I am a single father of 2 and need these hours to be filled so I can work and keep a roof over our head and the lights on.
