Equipment operator:
Skilled operators with 2+ years of experience apply. Operators must be versatile in a range of equipment from excavators, dozers, back-hoe's, and front end loaders. Operator will need to be able to install utilities and execute grading work. Fine grading is a plus but not an immediate need. Willingness to learn and adapt is a must.
Hours of operation will be from 7:30am- 5:30pm Monday-Friday. Occasional Saturdays will be required but advance notice will be given. Wages will range from $15-$24/hour based on experience and performance. Health insurance is optional after 90 days. 401(k) is optional after 1 year with a company match of 3%.
