Crandall & Katt Law Office has an immediate opening for a litigation paralegal that is ready to handle cases in both general district court and circuit court. The successful applicant will be knowledgeable about all aspects of litigation from settlement through discovery to mediation or trial, having both knowledge and experience in civil litigation, as well as the ability to manage a large caseload of files and all aspects of client care. Excellent organizational and writing skills are required.
As a personal injury law firm, we put our clients needs first and must have employees who do the same. Each paralegal has a full caseload of clients they are responsible for, so we are looking for someone who would be excellent with both the files of injured clients and the clients themselves. You need to be kind and caring, with excellent customer service skills, both in person and on the phone.
