Summary:
Responsible for assisting the Marketing Director in representing the company at all networking events, calling on insurance agents, Property Managers in the Apartment Communities.
Qualification Standards:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities. Requires the ability to assist in maintaining the overall census to budgeted goals, and company data base. The ability to assist in establishing and maintaining a positive image and good relationships with marketing and referral sources is required. Organizational skills are essential. The ability to communicate effectively and be a self starter is a plus. Must have good Computer skills and presentation skills is a plus.
Education: High School Diploma and some college is preferred.
Experience: Requires good driving record, at least two years of sales or marketing; preferably in insurance, insurance restoration.
