Job Description

We need technicians who want to expand their skills working in cloud-based and FICAM certified solutions as well as across related areas such as powered doors, gates and turnstiles. Over time, our technicians develop very close relationships with our clients and their fellow team members in Account and Project Management. We expect you to learn the client sites and systems to ensure our clients’ needs are consistently met. If you are technically competent or wish to become more proficient as a security technician, we want to meet with you.

HOURS, COMPENSATION, AND PAY PERIOD: M-F 7am – 3:30pm or as needed to achieve company objectives and fulfill client needs. Position subject to On-Call and/or modified hours.

Hourly / Non-Exempt position – pay period: Bi-Weekly. The interview process has a field evaluation stage during which the supervisor assesses the candidate’s skills and experience to determine starting pay. Pay range is $18-$35/hour.

COVID: Ours is an essential industry and company – we did feel the pain of not being able to access customer sites in the early stages of this pandemic but since June we have been operating at 100%. Our business is growing, and we are extremely busy.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION / KEY TRAITS:

• Possess mechanical, electrical, HVAC, automotive repair skills or be from our industry
• Must be able to achieve a state security license and Government clearances
• You need to know what we do or prove you can learn fast enough to retain the position if selected:
  • Access Control / Power Door / Gates / CCTV / Intercom / Physical (Environmental) Security / Security Architecture and Design
