All ManTech employees will need to meet the requirements set forth in Executive Order 14042 and the Safer Federal Workforce Task Force Guidance requiring all covered contractor personnel to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.Secure our Nation, Ignite your FutureThe mission of Marine Corps Systems Command is to serve as the Department of the Navy's (DON) systems command for Marine Corps ground weapon and information technology system programs in order to equip and sustain Marine forces with full-spectrum, current and future expeditionary and crisis response capabilities.This effort is in support of Program Manager Fire Support Systems (PM FSS), in research and development, acquisition, and sustainment of cutting-edge tactical fire support systems and munitions technology. The purpose of this program is to support PM FSS in conducting program reviews, development, test, and integration, in order to provide enhanced fire support capabilities to the operating forces.Keywords: Program Management, Systems Engineering, Test & Evaluation, Fire Support Control, Weapons DevelopmentDuties:Develop and update acquisition documentation such as Program Plans, Technical Review Action Plans, and Integrated Master Schedules.

Provide subject matter expertise in acquisition management best practices.

Interface with the Program Office to manage engineering tasking.

Analyze technical problems; develop courses of action and present recommendations to leadership on solutions.

Support the execution of Technical Reviews through documentation preparation, review of criteria, and preparation of briefing material.

Support the Test & Evaluation process to verify required performance.

Experience:A minimum of six (6) years (with a Bachelor's Degree) relevant systems engineering experience. This experience must show increasing responsibility in execution of systems engineering processes and test planning.

Candidate must have at least two (2) years of experience with at least three (3) of the following:

Requirements definition and traceabilitly

Developing MS Project schedules

Documentation origination

Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and five to seven years of related work experience.

Demonstrated ability to write technical documentation, and good communication, interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills.

Provide recommendations on actions MCSC can or is taking internally within specific tasks/programs to meet operational requirements.

Use of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Project)

Familiar with SharePoint postings, downloading, team-building environment

Must possess an Active DoD Secret Clearance

Working Environment and Physical Requirements:This job largely operates in a professional office environment, some teleworking.

Travel 10-20%

The projected compensation range for this position is $85,000-$141,000. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
