Sous Chef
We have an opening for a sous chef. This could be an entry level sous chef candidate, someone who has a strong desire to advance their skills and culinary experiences.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of supervisory kitchen/chef experience in a scratch kitchen environment.
Candidates may also be considered from a lead line cook background or kitchen supervisor.
If you have a hands-on approach to working in the kitchen, enjoy creative food and managing a small team then this could be an excellent career move.
Salary in the $40,000 range.
Job security/PTO
Interviews are in person, local and will require a tasting demonstration to showcase skills.
